
Scheduling and Further Information
Before joining the grief and loss support group, a brief consultation takes place to discuss the type of loss experienced and the individual’s needs. This ensures that the group’s supportive atmosphere is safe and constructive for all participants.

- Any experience perceived as grief or loss by the participant; groups are organized thematically around similar experiences

How a session is structured
- During the first session, we sign a confidentiality agreement with participants
- The first two sessions are open for newcomers to join
- From the third session, the group becomes closed – no further external participants may join
- A series consists of 8 sessions, extendable at the request of participants
Childcare
During the sessions, childcare can be provided for participants upon prior arrangement.
