About Us
We are here to help parents raise happy and healthy children.
As a mother of three, I am aware of the highs and lows of parenting, and that there are no simple situations or ready-made solutions.
Dr. Zsófia Böddi
As an educational psychologist, my goal is to support parents and their children in a compassionate and understanding environment during challenging times. In addition to individual psychological sessions, I provide high-quality group sessions and trainings for families, teachers, and professionals working with children.
For nearly two decades, I have been teaching and conducting research at Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Primary and Pre-School Education, training kindergarten teachers. I also teach at ELTE Savaria University Center, Berzsenyi Dániel Teacher Training Center, and in recent years, I have contributed as a guest lecturer to the infant and early childhood education program at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church. This gives me broad insight into the challenges and specifics of institutional education. As a mother of three, I am intimately familiar with both the joys and challenges of parenting, which allows me to combine professional knowledge with practical, real-life approaches in my work.
I warmly welcome all parents seeking guidance on their child’s development or education, those whose child’s behavior has changed, or who face difficulties in kindergarten or school. I provide support when families experience changes in their lives and consider it important that both parents and educators feel prepared and confident in supporting children.
In addition to my teaching and research in higher education, I work as a kindergarten psychologist and as an animal-assisted therapy session leader. My key areas of interest include inclusive education, play psychology, and developmental psychology. I conduct scientific research in these fields and give presentations at both Hungarian and international professional forums.
I am committed to ensuring that the families, educators, and children who turn to me receive real, practical solutions—grounded in science, but delivered in a humane and supportive environment.

Every day I witness how challenging, demanding, and heroic the lives of parents raising children with atypical developmental paths can be. For them, I strive to create a supportive peer community in my parent groups.

Since 2014, I have been helping children and their families to grow and develop. As a sensorimotor movement therapist, coach, and grief and loss counselor, I believe that supporting children can only be truly effective when the whole family is involved. My main areas of focus are ADHD and autism, in which I can offer deep understanding through both personal experience and specialized studies.
It is important to me that every family member who turns to me receives practical tools to make daily life easier and to better understand each other. In my parent groups, I build supportive peer communities, and as a coach, I assist parents before, during, or after divorce, as well as those creating new family structures. As a grief counselor, I help process any type of loss—whether it is a death, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a job.
I am raising two teenage boys and live in an exciting blended family. I enjoy traveling, reading, and sports, and I especially believe in the healing power of animals—my therapy dog has long been an active part of my work.
