How a Session Is Structured
In each session, we work on the current problem, search for resources to find a solution, create an action plan, and set deadlines.
The first session is preceded by a short phone conversation to determine whether I am the right person for the individual and their problem.
The first session is an introduction: the client outlines their current difficulty or blockage. We begin our joint work. We agree on approximately how many sessions will be needed to fully map the problem and work toward a solution.
What Is Coaching?
During coaching, the coach does not give direct advice. With questions and applied techniques, the coach helps the client find their own answers. The focus is on the tasks to be solved in the present and the solutions to be implemented in the future, although the past may be reviewed to uncover patterns that hinder change.
The aim of the coaching process is to support the client’s awareness, mental and emotional development, uncover internal motivation, and foster solution-orientation.
All of this takes place in a safe, accepting, and supportive environment.
To this end, we strive to clarify the goal and develop an action plan and methods together to achieve it. We try to explore internal and external resources that can help the client.
As a result of the coaching process, positive changes occur in thinking, awareness, and patterns. Through increased self-awareness, the client experiences self-confidence, self-love, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.
The session is led by
Renáta Kővári-Bencze
